"Good endocrinology care but shortage of parking at Doncaster Royal Infirmary"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted to Doncaster Royal Infirmary with Hashimoto's disease, which is an autoimmune disease where the thyroid gland is enlarged and the output of the hormones thyroxine and triiodothyronine is significantly reduced. The care which I received was good - I was given the time to express my concerns and I felt that they were addressed.

The only problem is the severe lack of parking, but I accept that this issue is virtually insuperable, since there is no available site for more parking, and so many people travel to hospital by car.
