I was recently admitted to ward F19 of the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for a total knee replacement. While I was there, the staff treated me with a great deal of kindness and consideration at all times - nothing was too much trouble for them.
However, one of the ward cleaners was not as thorough as one would have hoped, and when she had finished, a lot of areas remained untouched by her.
I would like to thank all the nursing staff on ward F19.
