"Would not go to this hospital again (unless I..."

About: The Maidstone Hospital

What could be improved

Staff need to tell patients what is going on as you sometimes feel like you have been forgotten about. Also it would have been nice to have support from staff as I was on my own and scard. I was in pain and to scard to ask for help, the one nurse that was round in the waiting area had to much to deal with I felt like I couldn't approach her for that reason. I had to wait for 3 hours scard and in pain. More staff are needed and support to patients, you are out of your comfort zone in hospital and I felt a bit more could have been done to relax me and help me.

Anything else?

There needs to better information in hospital about facilities and waiting times. You need to know what to expect and understand what that hospital/department has to offer.
