(as a relative),

My elderly father was taken into the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital A&E by ambulance on a Saturday in late September 2012 and we had to wait in a queue for over 1 and a half hours before we got to a cubicle and then 2 and a half hours after that a doctor turned up and admitted him.
