Firstly I couldn't disagree more with fellow kendalian Steven gill. I have been visiting Preston hospital most weeks for the last 2 years and have found all the ladies in the general office extremely helpful & friendly. They informed me about claiming back my travel expenses & gave me the form to enable me to apply to do so. I have yet to come across a member of staff at the hospital who has ever been less than lovely.
