"What a lot of rubbish, with no common decency..."

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

What I liked

Nothing.

the service and common decency from staff who are supposed to be professional in orthopaedics is well below standard and find it disgusting that these people cant have the decency to even ring the patients and let them know what is going on with there except they leave them in pain at home without any care about their treatment.

What could be improved

The common decency of a telephone call to let paptients know what is going on with their treatment, the possibility of a call to let them know when they may possibly get surgery, and maybe even a call to say there suregry has changed four times already and there is nothing that they are willing to do to sort this out. Disgusting service and treatment especially of a minor.

I also believe that they will sensor any complaints as it seems that all comments are about how excellent the service is in the nhs and also if they complain it is only small comments. I cant beleive after seeing the service over the past week that people get treated so bad and do nothing about it, I am sure comments are made but dont appear on this site. We will wait and see

Anything else?

Get my sons surgery sorted hopefully before it is left so long that there is not much that can be done afterwards and the recovery will be made longer by the disgusting service given.
