What I liked

All staff were pleasant and friendly

What could be improved

Too long a waiting time, appointment at 3pm not seen until 4.50.Also do not think patients should be allowed to leave the wards pulling their drips with them, either outside or into the snack bars.Common sense says any germs picked up on these wheels will be carried onto wards.
