What I liked

I am extremely happy and impressed with the hospital as unfortunately, I have had to visit a variety of departments as an outpatient several times this year.

I have always found the staff to be extremely friendly and kind and they have always dealt with me as quickly and as efficiently as possible. A & E, for example, was such a pleasant experience that I'd almost forgotten that I'd fractured my wrist. The fracture clinic afterwards were also very helpful and obliging.. When I had to re-arrange an appointment time in order to catch a coach to Manchester in the evening they were not only very helpful and sympathetic but on arrival, informed and ready and waiting for me.
