What I liked
I attended children’s A&E with my son on the 18/8/2012 at 6pm. he had a service laceration to his leg that required 8 stitches.
We were see immediately first by the assessment nurse who’s name I can not remember, who reassured my son who was very frightened. we were then sent to see a DR who assessed the wound.
The nurse who we first seen in the assessment area then came to stich his leg with another nurse who was brilliant with my son as he was being stitched up.
Thank you to both the nurses involved, all nurses should be like this.
"our visit to A&E was a very good experience"
