What I liked

I was admitted to be sterilised on the day case ward and from the moment I was admitted to the moment I was discharged I was very happy with the care and treatment I got. I felt the staff all communicated well and was there if I needed anything ie drinks or pain relief. I was helped in lots of ways a numerous amount of times as I stayed over night, the night staff couldn't do enough for me. The surgeon and anaesthetists was lovely as I was very nervous. The op went well and all pain has now gone.

What could be improved

In the day there sent to be the same staff sat at the desk both days whilst others was making beds, one asked for help but ended up alone to maybe more team work would look better and help there colleagues out, other than that it was all very good.

Anything else?

I rung the day case ward for advice and one phone call I found she wasnt as helpful but the other phonecall the nurse couldn't re assure me enough .
