What I liked
The friendly, courteous approach given to patients by all staff, nurses and Doctors in Laurel 1 (CCU). Always acting in a proffessional manner regardless of the pressure they sometimes encountered. Special mention for one nurse whose obvious skills were notably shown. Many thanks
