What I liked

In November 2010 my mum received the incorrect operation and has since died prematurely as a result. We have tried to get the CQC & ombusman involved but until the police make a decision on wether they have a case to prosecute for manslaughter we are in limbo as to how (without going to the press) we can protect the public and get justice. The GMC are involved but this investigation is on hold, it has been over a year since this mistake happend and the surgeon is still working and looking after other peoples loved ones.

What could be improved

we could have gone to another hospital.
