What I liked

The staff were friendly, reassuring and very professional at all times. I was seen by a Nurse almost immediately upon arrival and the procedure I was due to have was carefully explained.

My procedure was completed promptly and at all times the Nursing Team were very attentive and supportive.

Following the procedure, I was looked after very well. The Nursing Team took to explain the findings and next steps.

What could be improved

Nothing comes to mind, apart from the positioning of the toilets, which are directly in view of the patients waiting area, a bit embarassing for people entering the facilitiies in full view of everyone!
