(as the patient),

It took me 5 weeks to get an appointment back in August from when I was referred. I found the healthcare centre and the staff brilliant, but I would have much preferred it had I been seen by a female doctor.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your comments of your experiences of our Clinical Assessment Services, which will be passed onto the staff.

Could I request that if you have certain requirements, these should be raised at the time of your booking and wherever possible your request will be met, but may require you having to wait longer for an appointment.
