"I think signs could be better for us older people!"

(as the patient),

The service was good but I found the directions to the clinical rooms confusing. It is difficult for us when we’re older - I think the signs need to be clear otherwise it can be embarrassing.

Other than that I was very happy with the service that I received at clinical assessment service.

Your comments on the signage have been noted and the Building Manager is in the process of putting in place actions to address this issue.
