About: Coventry And Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust

(as the patient),

I attend Ophthalmology Services and was very happy with the service received and the building. I feel the doctor I saw really looked after me and explained everything to me. I would make sure that all my family and friends know what a good doctor he is.
