(as the patient),

Referral from own doctor following inflammation after plaster removal on broken leg

Received attention by staff but particularly Helen who dealt with me during my visit

Had to return the following day for scan due to power failure at hospital

After the scan was again seen by Helen who completed the report for the doctor

I received prompt, caring, and professional attention by all staff members

This was the first I had been required to visit this centre and the experience was impressed

We are pleased that your received prompt, caring, and professional attention from the staff working in the DVT service .

We are also please that you were impressed with the facilities at the Westbourne NHS Centre .
