"I felt anxious, but was surprised how quickly I was referred."

About: Coventry And Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust

(as the patient),

I felt anxious at my appointment in July as I didn’t know what to expect. I was surprised at how quickly I was referred and they even do Saturdays, felt good to know that things seemed to be happening quickly.

The new centre is very nice, but the CAS waiting area does not have a TV.

Both clinicians were friendly and kept asking if I was ok. I think they had lots of information about me and kept checking things were correct.

Many thanks for taking the time and trouble to share your experiences of the Clinical Assessment Services. Your positive comments will be shared with the relevant staff.

In relation to the waiting area and your suggestion for a TV, this detail will be passed onto the Building Manager and I hope to provide you with an update, once I receive a response.

Kind Regards

Julia
