"Embarrassing problems were handled with dignity"

I have been a patient at Queen's Medical Centre in the Dermatology Surgery Unit. The best things about my treatment was the speed of it, it was brilliant, they also took into account my needs. Embarrassing problems were handled with dignity, there was a willingness to ring me with the results as soon as they were available, (not here yet, so I don't know if this worked out).

It was clean, apart from the stair case from the medical school car park to B floor, it was rolling in dust. I would have liked slightly more time to negotiate pain control and issues specific to location of surgery, (can't sit down!).
