What I liked

Visited Outpatients 2 at Leicester General. All the staff were friendly, smiling and very helpful. You immediately had confidence in them. Every time I go there I know that the Consultant and all his staff will give me their best attention.

Anything else?

The service at this hospital shows that you don't have to have glitzy modern buildings to receive good care and attention, which is all that you want when a patient.
