What I liked

From the receptionist to the surgeon and his staff the whole experience was brilliant, fast, effective and efficient. All done with smiley faces a joke or two and a good deal of laughing. Although the surgery carried out was minor nothing was too much trouble for the surgeon, who instantly put my daughter at ease.

What could be improved

Let this department show others how it should be done.
