What I liked

My mum burnt her hand badly and we had to take her to A&E - she was seen quickly and the staff were great

What could be improved

You need a ring cutter in A&E!

Anything else?

This hospital is too important to the community to be closed! I also had my baby here in May 2012! If I had had to go to Kingston I would not have made it as I was already 4cm dialated and in severe pain.

Sutton needs St Helier!

I am sorry to hear about your mum's burn. I hope she is getting better.

I am pleased your experience in the A&E was so positive and I have passed your comments on to the team.

Finally, I note your comment about the cutter. This is something we do offer, so I will ask the team to look into it. It might be that they were trying to avoid doing it and to save your mum's ring.
