About: New Cross Hospital / Eye infirmary Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I did not have a choice of hospitals, but I was quite happy with the one I got and the date. And I was very pleased with the young lady who dealt with me.

I could not fault anything, the hospital, the Doctor and the staff were very helpful and caring.

Well done.

Dear Zenith535,

Please accept my apologies for the dealy in responding to you. TRAQS is a new service so its always good when we receive positive feedback. Im sorry that you were not given a choice of hospital. TRAQS acts on behalf of your GP Practice, if your GP feels that you are more suited to a particular hospital or consultant then this will be stated on the referral letter and dealt with as necessary by TRAQS. Your GP should have discussed this with you during your consultion.
