About: New Cross Hospital / Eye infirmary Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

My GP referred me to the lacrimal (watery eye) Clinic. I was contacted quickly with options for appointments (dates and hospitals etc. ).

I was seen by a delightful lady Doctor who checked me out to my complete satisfaction, even though my eye (s) were not healing at the time.

I was given excellent advice for future care and treatment, which left me ....... a very happy bunny.
