What I liked
Having attended A and E when the department was very busy the staff were excellent and they kept us all informed of when we would be seen. Triage nurse was very good giving me painkillers to make me more comfortable whilst i waited.
The doctor examined me very thoroughy and prescribed treatment and actively encouraged me to ask questions and also stressed the need for me to return if still unwell tomorrow.
What could be improved
The area though clean was very stuffy
