What I liked

I spent a day in Ward F2 / Cardio Labs. Every member of staff was friendly, professional and showed real care for my well-being. They were all perfect examples of how the NHS should operate. No-one enjoys a stay in hospital - but this was as close as you can get to doing so!

What could be improved
