(as the patient),

I was having an implant fitted, and having had a bad experience at my own GP, I was feeling very nervous. The receptionist had a lovely smiley face, which put me at ease straight away.

Then a double act came along, Claire and Dawn. I have never felt more relaxed in all my life, one held my hand and chatted about Christmas, whilst the other did the quickest procedure ever. My whole experience was brilliant.

Thank you, ladies, for doing a brilliant job. Keep up the good work.
