My cousin attended the G. P. surgery and was told he has cancer on the back of his hand. In spite of this he wasnt given a specialist appointment until eight weeks which is far too long to live in this knowledge. He now has six more weeks to go and lives with these thoughts until then. I am shocked at this delay.
