I have been using Phoenix for a number of years and have found all the staff very helpful. Last year I decided I had had enough of drugs and it was time for me to give up, its now nearly one year off of all drink and drugs and my key worker has been very helpful, supportive thoughout.
I am also undergoing treatment for Hep C which is going well, I would like to mention the receptionist who always has a smile to greet me and has been really helpful in sorting out my appointments. As you can imagine whilst my Hep C treatment has been going on sometimes I have not been well enough to attend.
