My husband had a fall in the garden and it was necessary for me to call 999 for asistance. From the moment the call was answered to arriving at the A. & E. Dept. we received the utmost care and attention from the 999 operator, the paramedic, the ambulance crew and all the nurses and staff in the A. & E. We cannot praise them all highly enough. This is the second visit we have had to make to the A. & E. Dept. in the last year and on both occasions, we have had care and attention of the highest quality.
We felt we must pass on our feeling and our grateful thanks to all concerned.
