From the day I arrived at The Beacon I could not have wished for more courtesy and care. At not point was I made to feel embarrassed or upset because all the staff are so very kind and understanding and nothing is too much trouble.
I feel it would be unfair to select any one member of staff for special mention because each and everyone has laughed, joked and sympathised with me in turn.
My heart felt thanks are extended to every member of staff at The Beacon.
