I've been trying to lose weight for approx 20 years, Ive tried about every diet I could find but none seemed to work for me. I even tried to get bariatric surgery but because I live in the humberside area where the primary care trust is one of the richest in the country but still would not help me with my weight problem, my practice nurse put me onto weight less.

The lady in hull who runs it is Allison and she was/is very helpful and since April I've lost 3 stone. It works for me.
