What I liked
I was in Ash Ward from 3-20th April. The majority of the staff were kind as understanding. Sister was excellent as were the doctors. Overall the nursing staff were courteous and dealt with the vast extension of patients. Very sad that we have lost the Accident & Emergency.
What could be improved
Re-introduce the Accident and Emergency. Queens cannot deal with the amount of people in our borough.
Anything else?
As above re-introduce the Accident and Emergency unit.
