What I liked

I Broke my wrist in July 2012 and had to visit Barnsley hospital. From the all way to the end of my physio I was very impressed, I thought all the staff were fantastic, I'm not one for leaving comments but I'd seen a poster at the hospital about leaving feedback and thought everyone deserved a big thankyou.


What could be improved

There's always room for improvement, But I can't think of anything.
