About: Warwick Hospital

My wife visited the eye unit for her first appointment with the Consultant on the 23rd of April 2012 and that was sixteen weeks ago and to - date and has heard nothing from the Hospital since.

Her GP has written and phoned the Hospital but still but still nothing as her condition is getting worst.
