I was a patient on the high dependency ward D8 of Nottingham's Queen's Medical Centre for the treatment of varicose veins. Being on the high dependency ward, the staff were very busy with very poorly people, but they always had time for me even though I shouldn't have been on that ward (there were no other beds!) As a result, I would like to thank all the staff on the high dependency ward D8.
