"Really excellent and efficient service from two..."

What I liked

All the staff I met at the minor injuries unit last night were brilliant - we brought in my 3 year old daughter at 7.45 in the evening with a nasty cut on her foot. They saw her immediately, checked and bandaged her up and couldn't have been more efficient, helpful and generally lovely. Having feared they were going to send us to Watford because it was getting so late, we were absolutely delighted with the service they provided and very grateful to everybody involved.
