"Excellent, caring staff, cleaning procedures need..."

What I liked

All of it! The staff are all angels. They work so hard in a difficult economic and social climate. I am so grateful to all on ward 8 who cared for me.

What could be improved

Nothing really except I wish the staff could be a little more sensitive to how much noise they make. Chatting in the corridors at 2am keeps lots of us up and we don't all need to know the ins and outs of your social lives at that time in the morning! Also not quite sure about the cleaning routines - the same piece of furniture in my room was cleaned 3 times in one day whilst other items left untouched for 3 days!
