What I liked

I've selected Gynae, but actually it was the Reproductive Medicine team I want to praise. I've been through a cycle of IVF and a frozen embryo transfer with them, and they have been unfailingly professional, pleasant, concerned and supportive throughout both processes.

I would recommend them to anyone considering fertility treatment and feel they deserve a medal for the hundreds of anxious couples they must have to deal with. Not everyone's a winner - we weren't - but they were sensitive and mindful of our situation. This is now the end of our journey with the unit, which has lasted almost two years, and I believe their service is superb.
