I waited three hours. During that time, five people from the waiting room were seen (so one to two per hour). There were three people ahead of me so I potentially had another three hour wait.

Is this right? I didn't expect to be seen immediately and realise that other people needed the service before me. I went on the advice of NHS Direct.

The NHS Walk In Centre in Slough offers a far better and more efficient service so it can't be that hard.
