What I liked

I was seen in Oupatients after a minum wait. All the staff were pleasant and courteous. The Consultant discussed my problem in depth and gave me choices for my future treatment. I was able to have an x-ray during my visit, thus preventing a re-visit and, had the pre-op not been fully booked, would even have had my pre-op assessment during the visit.

This is only the second time I have attended King's Mill, being a relative newcomer to this area, and on both occasions have been impressed with the hospital in general and the staff in particular.

What could be improved
