What I liked

Treated with enormous courtesy and respect by the Consultant Neurologist, who explained everything and was diligent in his assessment. He made me feel as though he was interested in my condition. Can't speak highly enough of him and also of the environment. Have visited many hospitals, as a health professional, but Kings Mill is, by far, the cleanest, lightest and most pleasant.

What could be improved

Nothing, except stands selling handbags, jewellery, etc. could have been clearly labelled. Who were they selling for? Was it a charity or just an outreach from a shop?

Anything else?

Having experienced what I considered to be appalling treatment from a Locum Neurologist at Newark hospital, it was a pleasure to meet the Consultant.
