What I liked

In June 2012 I attended as an outpatient for a hearing test in the Audiology department . On August 6th 2012 I had a further appointment at Waters Green Medical Centre to have my hearing aid fitted. I am delighted with the service provided by Cheshire East NHS Trust.

What could be improved

I do not believe that the service could have been improved upon.

Anything else?

The Audiologist who treated me was professional, efficient and took the time to explain all aspects of the hearing aid which was supplied. I believe that having regained my hearing will prove to be life-changing! Thank you.

Your comments will be passed on to the Audiology Department. It is always encouraging for staff to have positive feedback and is a boost to morale.
