What I liked

Everything worked the way it should in the NHS. I was kept informed about my surgery, right through to my aftercare. I felt that the team provided exceptional care and consideration, as did all the nursing and auxilliary staff both in Intensive Care and on the Ward. I would like to thank them for making a very frightening situation much less so for me and my family. I have made an excellent recovery and I would have no hesitation in recommending the vascular surgery department at Bedford Hospital. Thank you.
