What could be improved
The waiting time was awful, sat there for an hour with no-one going in or out, what were they doing? and the staff very unhelpful and rude they didn't even look at my mum they just told her to see her GP, which she could've been told by the receptionist before waiting an hour to be seen, the whole place is an utter waste of NHS money.
Anything else?
Will be avoiding the place from now.
