What I liked

my nan was left in her won filth for over an hour after she had eaten and her bed was wet , i found this very distressing and when i asked someone to help me clean her up and change her bed it took half an hour of me being told that i should ask someone else before a nurse came to help which only happened when i said i would make a formal complaint , although the nurse that helped my nan was very nice it was simple unacceptable to leave a frail 65 year old woman who is also battling 3 kinds of cancer in that kind of mess!!
