About: Rotherham Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I was a patient in ward B6D of the Rotherham District General Hospital for the removal of a cataract. I was pleased with the service, which I received while there. The medical and nursing care was good, as was the cleanliness of the hospital. I felt that I was treated with respect and dignity, and I didn't have to wait too long before I was seen. The only problem with the hospital facilities is the limited parking available.

We continue to try and improve the parking facilities at the Trust and have recently submitted a Green Travel Plan to the Council for consideration.
