What I liked
As far as I am concerned when you come to a hospital there is usually a reason for it your either hurt or unwell, the last thing you want is to be walking up to the reception desk with the women behind the counter being short and stressy with you. This has happend to me on many occasions now and is becoming quite a habit of the people there and never thought anything about complaining because I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, the last thing I expected was to walk in to a hospital be afraid of checking in to be seen and feeling
I've your wasting their time.
What could be improved
More customer skills training...
Anything else?
Generally the nurses are quite nice and the waiting times are nothing compared to William Harvey hospital and they work hard.
"Disgusted with the communication skills at first..."
