What I liked
On arrival was treated politely and instructions given as to the tests being performed were clear and concise. The staff were helpful and considerate. I was moved on from each test undertaken quickly and without fuss.
What could be improved
On arrival at reception at outpatient 1 I was sent downstairs to outpatient 2 whereupon I was sent back upstairs to oupatient 1 for the first test. This was okay in my case but for a person not mobile would present some difficulty. There needs to be liason between reception at outpatient 1 and 2.
