What I liked

Staff were very kind and caring all the way through from reception to treatment room.

I only had to wait for 15 minutes and received excellent treatment and follow-up advice.

I would like to thank everyone at Solihull A & E for their care and patience.

Thank you

What could be improved

It would have been nice to watch the Olympics whilst waiting rather than the awful ambulance chasing advertisements!
